Shin Song
Board Member
Shin is an attorney at Wyrick Robbins, working primarily in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice group. His practice focuses on high-growth businesses, representing both early-stage companies and investors. Shin advises clients on venture capital and other financings, corporate governance, securities issues, strategic transactions, and exits.
Shin is also on the board of Jubilee Home, a Durham-based non-profit which aims to create a place to bridge the gap between incarceration and full independence, and co-founded the Kangaroo Box Club, a program which organizes reading/mentoring clubs for children of refugee families in the Raleigh area. Shin grew up in China and Korea, and currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Shin loves spending time with his wife and two kids.
