PRAIS is an education nonprofit dedicated to supporting administrators and students by empowering schools to create more equitable communities using a process called Design Thinking.
The Problem
Research has shown that students of color continue to experience academic barriers and social challenges in school that impact outcomes like advanced course enrollment, GPA attainment, and graduation rates.
Despite these challenges, administrators often lack the time, resources, and guidance to effectively support all students who are struggling.
